BGF - INCOVAR: Journey to Awakening - 28th INCOVAR Dhamma Camp!
"Eoh ah eoh!"
Day 1- Return of the Penang Kias
Woke up by Mike, off to register, saw Xiao Thoong the 1st person to arrive. Almost can't recognise her new hairstyle... The ice breaking was lots of fun, get to know new friends and to go crazy all over. After that, all participants were divided in groups of 7. I belong into Passadhi. Eric was elected as the group leader with E-Won and Kenny as our facilitators. Our group cheer damn gaya man, we got Angeline (Ng) who is a cheerleader to figure out the moves and cheers. But the best is still from Jack's group with his trademark "Eoh ah eoh"... :-P Next up, we get to learn how to make hearts out of papers. We're suppose to give the hearts and get a hug back. After lunch, it's time for station games! The games were fun and interesting. The games involved picking up nuts with our opposite hand, carrying ping pong ball with 2 strings and others la. After that it's a talk by Bhante Kumara about mindfulness. At 8pm was a meditation session. After that was the official opening ceremony for the camp. Our oath is led by our super duper blur camp warden, Mr Daniel Ngan. His oath were a bit hilarious. After that, is our group sharing then reflection.

BGF - INCOVAR: Aspiration from the 27th INCOVAR Dhamma Camp
In the latest edition of the 27th INCOVAR Dhamma Camp (27IDC) held from 31st May to 3 June in SJBA, there were a total of 52 participants from various colleges & universities including 4 from YBAT (Thailand) who'd participated in the camp. Activities, talks & forum organised throughout the camp were based on the theme "Nature of the Heart, Nature of the World", where we hope to discover the strength of character and the charity of heart in all of us to help and assist those who are in less fortunate.

BGF - INCOVAR: ~ 26th INCOVAR Dhamma Camp ~
The 26th INCOVAR Dhamma Camp was successfully held from 7-10 December 2006 in SJBA. The camp is intended to present the Five Precepts in a practical and relevant manner that participants can apply in their daily lives. The Five Precepts can be a guide for participants’ thoughts and actions. We also aim to create a sense of social responsibility and a greater sense of empathy for the world we live in.

BGF - INCOVAR: The Inspiring 25th INCOVAR Dhamma Camp
 The 25th INCOVAR Dhamma Camp (IDC) was held at Fo Guang Shan, Jenjarom from the 29th of June to the 2nd of July 2006. IDC, being the premier English Dhamma Camp in Malaysia which imparts Dhamma values through a modern and comtemporary way, celebrated its Silver Jubilee having 25 inspiring camps.

BGF - INCOVAR: 24th IDC ~ Closed Eyes, Open Mind ~
The 24th IDC has since ended, but memories of IDC remain fresh in my mind. It was a wonderful four days camp, a refreshing break away from work, while being able to contribute to Dhamma propogation. From the start of the camp till the very end, there was never a dull moment, hence hopefully we have brought a new perspective that mental cultivation is never dull, but rather it is a journey of self-discovery.
