This camp explores the consequences of past karmic exercises, and its effects on a persons’ psyche, as it pertains to an individuals’ emotional, spiritual and social wellbeing.

Expanding from the basic understanding of karmic philosophy of cause and effect, we will delve into the possible origins of our feelings – whether we are naturally inclined to happiness or depression, of the possible help or hindrance to our spiritual developments, and to our abilities in interacting with other people in social situations.

By identifying and understanding our current mental and physical states, as well as its causes, we can begin to deal with the situations that upset us, or to maintain and improve the situations which makes us happy and contented.

By utilizing the tools provided to us throughout the camp, we will be able to actively manage the instances where we might feel overwhelmed by emotions or situations which seem otherwise inexplicable.
